Nortel Voice Mail Messaging SystemMessaging 100/150 Basic Contact Center for both the Messaging 100 and Messaging 150 platforms is compatible with the Norstar Compact and Modular Integrated Communications Systems.

This Call Center supports 20 configured agents, 2 skillsets, 20 routing steps/skillset, 30 built-in announcements, 15 lines, 2 skillset mailboxes, 20 Intelligent overflow rules/skillsets, 15 simultaneous incoming calls in the system, and all agents can be supervisors. Reporting package shows real-time statistics, historical statistics, and supports hardware and software wallboards.

  • Contact Center is a key-coded option requiring no additional hardware.
  • Keycode obtained separately from Messaging 100.
  • Keycode packaged with Messaging 150.
  • Fully functional informal Contact Center featuring Call Queuing, Routing, Reporting, and Supervisory Functions.

Messaging 100 is a state-of-the art messaging system for small to mid-sized businesses, with 10-40 mailbox users. Messaging 100 is equipped with a built-in 10/100 Ethernet port, allowing connection to the LAN for advanced applications, including Auto Attendant, Customer Call Routing (CCR), Voice Mail, VPIM/AMIS Networking, Basic Call Center (Key-code activation), Web-based management, and IP connectivity.
